**Role Description**
We’re looking for a strategic
**Director of Sales Partnerships**
for a full time, remote position. This role involves fostering and managing strategic partnerships, driving growth through indirect channels and strategic alliances. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our outside sales referral agent and reseller program, while also growing a strong ISV pipeline.
**What you'll do**
You will lead Paymath’s partnership growth strategy by identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing external sales referral agents, resellers, and ISV partners that drive revenue and expand market reach.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing to optimize and scale our channel program, ensuring partners are well positioned to succeed.

**Your responsibilities**
* Scale and optimize Paymath’s outside sales referral agent and reseller program.
* Recruit, onboard, and support high\-performing reseller and referral partners.
* Scale, and optimize our ISV program.
* Develop and grow a strategic ISV pipeline.
* Source, negotiate, and close ISV partnerships while managing the full ISV sales cycle.
* Lead partner enablement, including training, positioning, and go\-to\-market support for ISV partners.
* Track program performance, pipeline activity, and revenue contribution across channels.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
* Improve the processes, structure, and systems needed to scale the partner function.

You are a strategic sales leader with strong experience in payments and B2B technology sales. You know how to build relationships, create channel momentum, and turn partner ecosystems into revenue.

**Qualifications**
* 5\+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
* 2\+ years of experience in the payments industry.
* Experience developing and growing partnerships.
* Previous experience managing a sales development team.
* Strong leadership and partner management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
* Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable in a fast\-paced environment.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.

**Total overall compensation is $150,000 to $200,000**
, depending on experience. This includes a competitive base salary, commissions and bonus.
