\*\*\* This is not a role at ForceBrands\*\*\* This role requires 8\-12 years recent experience selling food products into the grocery channel\*\*\* Director of Sales – Grocery Channel Reports To: Vice President – Food, Drug \& Mass Location: Remote **Company Overview:** Headquartered in Boulder, CO, our brand delivers premium, functional pet nutrition for dogs and cats across grocery, natural, mass, and eCommerce channels. Backed by L Catterton, the company operates as a unified platform with strong national distribution. **Position Overview:** The Director of Sales – Conventional Channel leads strategy, revenue growth, and distribution expansion across major grocery retailers. This role owns channel performance and plays a critical role in scaling the company’s integrated portfolio within conventional retail. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Own Grocery Channel P\&L ● Lead Joint Business Planning with national grocery partners ● Drive distribution and velocity growth ● Manage broker partnerships ● Collaborate cross\-functionally to support portfolio expansion **Qualifications:** ● 8–12\+ years CPG sales leadership experience ● Deep conventional grocery expertise ● Strong analytical and strategic capabilities ● Proven success scaling brands within large retail environments ● Experience managing a broker team; setting goals and tracking success ● Proven success scaling premium brands without dilution ● Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights and communicate them effectively. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver with precision. ● A team player with a collaborative mindset, yet self\-directed and confident in owning initiatives. ● Proactive, curious, and capable of identifying trends and opportunities without being prompted **Work Environment:** ● Position is remote, but will require travel to retailers and home office in Boulder periodically ●Our company has a casual work environment where pets are always welcome ● The compensation includes base salary \+ target annual bonus \+ equity incentive plan \+ a competitive benefits package
