**Job Title: Director of Sales** Location: Toronto (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Base Salary: $120,000 CAD  Expected Salary plus Commissions: $240,000 CAD **About Clear:** Clear Inc. is a water infrastructure and wellness platform transforming how condominium, multifamily, and hospitality assets deliver water. The company designs, installs, and manages centralized point\-of\-entry (POE) purification systems at the building level, complemented by in\-unit point\-of\-use (POU) solutions where required. This integrated architecture upgrades water quality across the entire property—improving drinking and bathing water while protecting plumbing systems and lowering long\-term operating costs. Clear positions water as strategic infrastructure that enhances asset performance. By embedding purification directly into core building systems and eliminating reliance on single\-use plastic, Clear strengthens lease\-up velocity, resident retention, ESG alignment, and brand differentiation. The model generates recurring service revenue through long\-term management and filter programs—creating predictable cash flow while delivering measurable wellness and operational value at scale. **Position Overview** We are looking for a **Director of Sales** who will play a central role in spearheading Clear’s B2B sales success. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our portfolio clients, opening new channels, and developing a sales strategy for the company.   This role will shape Clear’s expansion into various sectors globally, including, but not limited to, luxury real estate, resorts, medical facilities, and office buildings. The successful candidate will build long\-term relationships with building owners and developers while creating scalable sales channels that accelerate the adoption of Clear’s water disinfection technology. The key skills for success in this role are proactivity and network management. Clear values working with large portfolio clients, which requires Clear’s sales team to create and support long\-term relationships.   **Position Responsibilities:** * Penetrate or fully develop markets for Clear’s water disinfection technology * Develop new sales channels through third\-party relationships, referral systems, and word of mouth * Build a sales strategy to increase Clear’s penetration into the luxury and development real estate sectors * Regular reporting to the executive team to show alignment with the larger company strategy * Maintain a consistent project pipeline * Regular travel to the United States, other parts of Canada, or other countries on short notice * Interface with multiple departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure project results match client needs - **The Ideal Candidate** * **Extremely Organized:** The need to interface with multiple departments and build long\-term relationships requires high levels of organization. * **Proactive:** The candidate must be constantly engaged with Clear’s clients and potential clients, regardless of ongoing projects. That engagement and networking is key to success. * **Strong Communicator:** The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, and able to adjust their pitch to each stakeholder based on their needs. They will need to be able to build relationships with a broad group of people, including but not limited to company owners, property managers, contractors, engineers, and government bureaucrats. * **Experienced with B2B Sales:** The candidate will have experience with managing the unique aspects of B2B sales specifically. * **Sales to Large Building Owners Experience (Preferred):** The ideal candidate’s B2B experience includes selling products and services to large building owners. * **Water Purification Industry Experience (Preferred):** Some understanding of water purification will make it easier for the candidate to explain our product to clients.
