**Role Description**
The Director of Operations will lead and oversee the daily operational activities, ensuring the seamless functioning of all departments in alignment with the hotel’s standards. This full\-time, on\-site role, located in Bengaluru, involves managing teams, enhancing customer experiences, monitoring budgets, and driving operational efficiency. The role necessitates a hands\-on, strategic approach to elevating service standards and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, and Engineering.
* Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met and improved.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to achieve business goals.
* Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and decision\-making.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
* Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Coordinate with Sales \& Marketing to support occupancy and revenue targets.
* Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
