Diploma Trainee Engineer

We are seeking **motivated Diploma Engineers** to join our **Battery Pack Assembly team** at our lithium\-ion battery manufacturing facility. The selected candidates will support production operations involving **assembly, testing, and quality inspection of lithium\-ion battery modules and battery packs** used in electric vehicles and energy storage systems. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain **hands\-on experience in EV battery manufacturing and advanced assembly processes**. * Battery Pack Assembly * Assist in **assembly of lithium\-ion battery modules and packs** according to defined work instructions. * Operate and support **assembly tools and machines** such as torque tools, welding equipment, and testing instruments under supervision. * Ensure proper handling of battery cells and modules during assembly. * Perform **visual inspection and basic electrical checks** such as voltage and continuity testing. * Report defects, deviations, or abnormalities to supervisors. * Follow **high\-voltage safety protocols and ESD protection guidelines**. * Maintain **cleanliness and 5S standards** in the work area. * Maintain **production records, checklists, and inspection reports**. * Ensure traceability of battery modules and components during assembly. * Support installation of **battery cells, busbars, insulation materials, and cooling components**. * Assist in mounting **Battery Management System (BMS), wiring harnesses, sensors, and connectors**.
