Our client Zesora Hospitality is looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager in Islamabad Zesora Hospitality is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns aimed at increasing the sales of our hotel rooms in Nathia Gali. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in managing paid media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve measurable growth. This role requires a strong focus on campaign setup, ongoing adjustment, and leveraging various digital tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to maximize return on investment. The successful candidate will utilize advanced skills in audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation to enhance reach and engagement without managing a team. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics and applying insights from data analysis and SEO analytics to refine advertising tactics. The goal is to effectively attract potential guests and increase booking rates through targeted and optimized campaigns. The role demands creativity combined with technical expertise, including Google Ads keyword research, heatmap analysis, and audience targeting strategies. A thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools will drive the success of our brand's online presence and revenue growth in the hospitality industry. **Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to promote hotel room sales in Nathia Gali. * Conduct comprehensive keyword research and use tools like Keyword Planner to identify high\-performing search terms relevant to the hospitality sector. * Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and interests to deliver personalized marketing messages for improved conversion rates. * Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics and other tracking systems to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. * Adjust and tweak campaigns dynamically to enhance engagement, click\-through rates, and conversions while maintaining budget efficiency. * Implement marketing automation processes to streamline campaign workflows and improve lead nurturing throughout the customer journey. * Analyze heatmap and SEO analytics data to understand user interactions and inform placement and design of digital advertisements. * Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations to support ongoing marketing strategy refinement. * Collaborate closely with hospitality management and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals and promotions. * Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness and maintain competitive advantage.
