**Sysops/Devops Engineer** **Bath (Hybrid)** **£40,000\+ DOE** **The Role** We’re working with a purpose\-driven health tech company building software that genuinely improves patient outcomes. They’re looking for a SysOps / Devops Engineer to support and evolve their AWS\-based infrastructure. You’ll be joining a collaborative, agile team where engineers take real ownership. This isn’t a ticket\-driven environment, you’ll be involved in shaping infrastructure, improving systems and working closely with developers and product teams. **What you’ll be doing** * Supporting and improving AWS infrastructure across multiple environments * Maintaining high availability, security and performance * Working with Terraform and Ansible to manage infrastructure as code * Monitoring systems and responding to incidents * Collaborating with engineers across the business **Tech stack** AWS (EC2, VPC), Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Python, PHP/MySQL **What they’re looking for** * \~3–5 years in a DevOps / SysOps / Cloud role * Strong AWS experience * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform ideal) * Linux systems experience * Scripting (Bash or Python) **Why apply?** * Tech\-for\-good environment * Strong team culture and collaboration * Learning and development budget * Private healthcare \+ enhanced benefits **Ready to Apply?** Contact **Jack Winder** to find out more.
