Devops Engineer

**About The Opportunity** A growing organisation in the HR Tech \& Recruitment Services sector building cloud\-native platforms and automation to streamline talent acquisition and workforce management. We are hiring an on\-site DevOps Engineer in India to own infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability for mission\-critical services. This role is ideal for hands\-on engineers who thrive on automation, security, and high\-availability systems. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure\-as\-Code to ensure repeatable, secure, and cost\-efficient deployments. * Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and release workflows; reduce time\-to\-deploy and enable safe frequent releases. * Containerise applications and manage container orchestration platforms; maintain cluster health, upgrades, and deployment strategies. * Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting; author runbooks and lead incident response and postmortems to improve reliability. * Automate configuration management, deployments, and environment provisioning to minimise manual intervention and drift. * Collaborate with developers and security teams to enforce best practices around scalability, secrets management, and production hardening. **Skills \& Qualifications Must\-Have** * Kubernetes * Docker * Terraform * AWS * Jenkins * Linux **Preferred** * Helm * Prometheus * Grafana **Qualifications** * Proven hands\-on experience operating production infrastructure and CI/CD in cloud environments for web\-scale applications. * Strong troubleshooting and incident response background with a focus on reliability and measurable SLAs. * Familiarity with security best practices, secrets management, and compliance in cloud deployments. **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * On\-site, collaborative engineering environment focused on mentorship, ownership, and measurable impact. * Opportunities to work across the full stack of platform tooling—automation, observability, and deployment pipelines. * Competitive compensation, learning allowance, and clear career progression for technical leaders.
