DevOps Engineer

If you are a highly experienced DevOps Engineer who is driven to provide complex system level support, work face to face with company stakeholders to influence, and implement change then this may be the right fit for you.* **Job Description:** * with developers to identify, create, and configure Azure resources. * with developers to implement automated process jobs and application deployments from development to production. * with development teams and key stake holders to create a plan for monitoring performance and maintaining Azure resources * closely with Development teams to promote and deploy applications to lower and production environments * best practice to improve the team while seeking the same in return * issues with a sense of urgency, and consistently make recommendations to improve application performance and environment stability * with communication of process changes, enhancements, and modifications * system latency in order to resolve application issues * resolution of technical issues, including identification of root cause and long\-term solutions **Skills/Knowledge:** * with Azure resources in PaaS models. Resources included; API Management Service, Application Gateway, Docker, Key Vault, AD and B2C OpenID/OAuth 2\.0 Configurations, etc… * implementing or modifying Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) release pipelines within Azure DevOps for .NET Core Apps on Docker containers, SQL DB releases. * with unit, integration and functional test implementations * knowledge of PowerShell scripting for custom process or health automation * and knowledge for logging or anomaly detection with resolution or alerting for Azure resources. * with creating or editing YAML, JSON, XML, or PowerShell files that configure, manage, or deploy applications to Azure. * have strong maintenance and configuration experience on Azure systems * have product knowledge, experience administering, migrating and optimizing Azure * ability to develop architecture, design deliverables, implement infrastructure and provide support as an Azure SME * troubleshooting skills on IIS websites, windows services, scheduled tasks, internal applications, and other server related issues to solve day to day issues and outages * knowledge of Enterprise level IT processes and procedures such as Ticketing, Change Control, and other ITIL processes * technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and end users * have strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills * have in\-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016 * working knowledge of enterprise server storage, server infrastructure, networking, and other hardware or software technologies * with MS SQL Server/Managed Instances (queries, DTS, stored procedures, data structures, and analysis) * in 24x7x365 enterprise operational support as required * written and verbal communication skills **Education \& Experience:** * Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred * 3 \- 5 year preferred prior experience in System Administration, System Engineering, or similar role
