DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code solutions. This role will establish automation standards, improve deployment workflows and ensure the reliability, security and performance of cloud based systems. **Responsibilities:** * Define and enforce standards and best practices for integration and automation solutions. * Lead the development and governance of cloud automation architecture as teams migrate to the cloud. * Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. * Establish and document CI/CD standards and build scalable deployment pipelines. * Collaborate with engineering teams to drive DevOps and automation best practices. * Design, deploy, and support application components and cloud infrastructure. * Automate manual processes through scripting and configuration tools. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud\-hosted applications and integrations. * Ensure security compliance and maintain high availability and system performance. * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and **on\-call production support.** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. * At least 7 years of relevant technical or business experience, including 5 years managing complex software driven systems. * Practical application of **AI tooling** in: 1\. Accelerating Terraform module development and IaC implementations 2\. Generating and optimizing CI/CD pipeline configurations (GitLab YAML) 3\. Creating and refactoring scripts (Python, Bash, Shell) 4\. Documenting technical architectures and API specifications 5\. Troubleshooting complex integration issues. * The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, GitLab pipelines, and scripting using Python/Bash and experience with integration platforms such as IBM ACE/MQ or MuleSoft. * You will automate processes, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements across the DevOps ecosystem. * Expertise with automated deployments and DevOps practices. * Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with IBM ACE/MQ, MuleSoft and AWS Transfer Family is preferred. * Proficiency in common scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Perl, and YAML. * Hands on experience with GitLab pipeline architecture and coding, including integrating Terraform, AWS CLI commands, and Bash scripting. * Ability to develop and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning, installation and configuration. * Experience with AWS CLI and services, including S3, EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ELB, SFTP, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch and Lambda. * Experience with Ansible, GitLab, Terraform, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar tools. * AWS certification or practical experience utilizing AWS cloud services.
