DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce DevOps Engineer for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong administrative experience to support and enhance our Salesforce platform within the Wealth domain. This role is primarily focused on DevOps practices, including building and managing deployment pipelines, while also supporting core Salesforce administration tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead Salesforce DevOps activities, including designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines * Collaborate with development squads to enable smooth, reliable deployment of Salesforce solutions * Implement and enforce Salesforce quality gates, release processes, and deployment standards * Manage source control, branching strategies, and environment coordination * Configure and maintain Salesforce flows, automation, and platform enhancements * Perform Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, profiles/permissions, and data maintenance * Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues, ensuring system stability and performance * Continuously improve DevOps processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and speed of delivery **Must\-Have Qualifications:** * Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, deployment tools) * Solid Salesforce Administrator experience (configuration, flows, user management) * Experience working with Salesforce quality gates and release management processes **Nice\-to\-Have Qualifications:** * Experience in banking or financial services, especially within Wealth Management * Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial environments **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automation practices * Ability to work collaboratively within agile development teams * Problem\-solving skills with attention to detail * Effective communication across technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement **Work Environment:** * Agile, cross\-functional team environment * Focus on delivering scalable, high\-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience
