DevOps Engineer (Onsite)

We hire A\-players who take ownership, move quickly, and do their best work without hand\-holding. **The Role** We're looking for a mid\-level DevOps Engineer to join our core infrastructure team. You'll own the cloud infrastructure for a real\-time IoT and security platform, provisioning servers, managing broker services, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring clean separation between dev, staging, and production environments. You won't be writing application code — you'll be making sure everything runs, deploys cleanly, and stays stable. **Tech Stack** * Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian) * Docker \& Docker Compose * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI) * MQTT broker setup and management (Mosquitto / EMQX) * Nginx, SSL, reverse proxy configuration * Cloud platforms: AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar * Secrets \& environment management * Monitoring \& logging (UptimeRobot, Grafana, or similar) * Bonus: Laravel/PHP deployment environments, MySQL/Postgres backup automation **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field * 2–4 years of professional DevOps or infrastructure experience * Hands\-on experience provisioning and managing Linux servers in production * Proven experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with branch\-based deployment rules * Solid understanding of Docker and containerised application deployment * Experience with MQTT brokers or real\-time messaging infrastructure is a strong plus **What We Are Looking For** * **Self\-sufficient:** You can take an infrastructure brief and execute without constant hand\-holding * **Detail\-oriented:** You don't leave loose ends, credentials are rotated, configs are documented, environments are clean * **Fast under pressure:** You move quickly and communicate blockers early * **Ownership mindset:** Uptime, security, and stability are your responsibility
