**Position Overview**
Minitab is seeking a skilled and motivated
**DevOps Engineer**
to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem\-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast\-paced, collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Develop \& Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines**
* Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
* Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.
* Participate in an on\-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.
**Change Requests \& Infrastructure Support**
* Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.
* Provide timely support for infrastructure\-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.
* Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
**Communication \& Collaboration**
* Communicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices.
* Participate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule.
**Continuous Learning \& Development**
* Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the DevOps field.
* Actively explore emerging tools and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
* Apply new knowledge to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, security, and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
* Understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
* Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools.
* Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
* Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
This is an onsite position at our State College, PA headquarters. Remote work is not an option for this position.
