DevOps Engineer

**Title:** DevOps Engineer **Location:** Toronto, ON **Duration:** 12 Months **Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced **DevOps Engineer** to support and enhance Global Asset Management (GAM) technology platforms. The role focuses on DevOps engineering, CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and QA automation using **Playwright/Selenium** . The successful candidate will help ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability while contributing to **AI\-driven automation and Agentic AI initiatives** . **Key Responsibilities:** • Build, maintain, and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Implement **Infrastructure as Code** using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Manage and optimize **containerized environments** using Docker and Kubernetes • Support **cloud infrastructure and VM configurations** across Azure, AWS, or OpenShift • Develop and maintain **automation and QA testing frameworks** using Playwright/Selenium • Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform reliability and performance • Collaborate with development, QA, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions • Contribute to **AI\-enabled automation initiatives** and DevOps best practices **Required Skills:** • 5\+ years of **DevOps engineering experience** with CI/CD and infrastructure automation • Strong programming experience in **Python** (or Java, NodeJS, C\#, Angular) • Hands\-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/OpenShift)** • Experience with **DevOps and SRE tools** and configuration management • Knowledge of **security best practices and compliance frameworks** • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills **Nice to Have:** • Experience with **AI/ML platforms or Agentic AI concepts** • Experience with **Apache Airflow** • Familiarity with **secret management tools** (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) • Background in **financial services or regulated industries** • Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, Azure DevOps Engineer, GitHub Actions, etc.) If you are passionate about **automation, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices** , we’d love to connect! **“We use AI in our Hiring processes”** Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
