**DevOps Engineer** **Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our Global Asset Management (GAM) technology platforms. This role focuses on DevOps automation, platform reliability, and emerging AI capabilities to enable continuous delivery, strengthen platform security, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and container orchestration, while also exploring opportunities to integrate AI\-driven automation and intelligent DevOps practices. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Agentic AI Development** * Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions to support workflow automation and operational efficiency. * Contribute to innovation initiatives by integrating AI\-enabled DevOps capabilities. * Design and integrate AI\-driven tools into existing DevOps pipelines and platform workflows. * Identify opportunities to improve operations through intelligent automation and AI\-driven insights. **2\. DevOps Pipeline Management** * Design, support, and maintain reusable DevOps pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform. * Ensure reliable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. * Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD workflows to improve efficiency and reliability. * Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. * Automate deployment processes to reduce manual intervention and increase delivery speed. * Manage and optimize build, release, and deployment processes. **3\. Developer Enablement** * Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to development teams. * Document DevOps best practices and operational procedures. * Conduct training sessions and workshops on DevOps tools and platform usage. * Promote DevOps culture, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams. * Support developers in adopting automation and cloud\-native practices. **4\. Performance Optimization** * Implement comprehensive observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions. * Conduct performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems and pipelines. * Implement auto\-scaling strategies and resource optimization across infrastructure. **5\. Security \& Compliance** * Ensure applications and infrastructure adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. * Implement security controls and DevSecOps practices across pipelines and environments. * Conduct compliance reviews and vulnerability assessments. * Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure secure and compliant operations. **Required Qualifications** * 5\+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure management. * Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and culture. * Hands\-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar. * Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. * Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for automation and scripting. * Hands\-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, or similar. * Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting complex distributed systems. * Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI/ML platforms or frameworks. * Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementations. * Experience with data orchestration and processing tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Dask. * Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries. * Familiarity with secret management tools such as Vault or AWS Secrets Manager. * Relevant certifications such as: * CKA / CKAD * Azure DevOps Engineer * GitHub Actions Certification * AI or Machine Learning certifications * Experience with test automation and quality assurance practices. **What We Offer** * Competitive total rewards package including bonuses and comprehensive benefits. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * Supportive leadership focused on coaching and mentorship. * A collaborative and innovative work environment. * Flexible work\-life balance options. * The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on enterprise technology platforms.
