(Remote → Islamabad)** **About DOAZ** DOAZ is a vertical AI company building AI solutions purpose\-built for heavy industries — construction, geotechnical engineering, plant operations, and shipbuilding. Since our founding in 2023, we've secured project references with 10\+ major Korean enterprises and are scaling our engineering team internationally. **What We Build** * **GeoAI** — Automated geotechnical investigation analysis (results in under 8 seconds) * **Safety AIgent** — Plant risk assessment automation (4 hours → 30 minutes) * **Sobang** — AI\-powered fire safety \& architectural drawing review (99%\+ accuracy) Our AI infrastructure runs in production across on\-premise data centers and public cloud environments (AWS / NAVER Cloud). **The Role: DevOps Engineer (Full\-time, 1 position)** You will own the infrastructure layer that powers our AI products — from bare\-metal GPU servers to cloud\-native deployments serving enterprise clients. **What You'll Do** * Build and maintain on\-premise infrastructure: x86 \& GPU server provisioning, Ubuntu/RHEL administration, and data center operations support * Design and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS (and NAVER Cloud), including VPC architecture, networking, security configuration, and cost optimization * Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, and AI model serving environments * Establish monitoring, access control, and security policies aligned with enterprise compliance standards (CSAP guidelines) **What We're Looking For** * Hands\-on experience with on\-premise server setup and Linux system administration * Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) or equivalent cloud platforms * Practical Docker experience with foundational understanding of Kubernetes * Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders at enterprise or public\-sector organizations **Nice to Have** * Experience with compliance\-certified infrastructure projects (e.g., CSAP, ISO 27001, or equivalent) * GPU server operations experience (NVIDIA A100 / H100\) * AI/ML model serving and inference infrastructure (e.g., TorchServe, Triton, vLLM) * Prior involvement in government or public procurement projects **Tech Stack** AWS · Docker · Kubernetes · GitHub · Jira · Ubuntu/RHEL · Cursor · Azure **Work Arrangement** * **Phase 1 (Immediate):** Fully remote * **Phase 2 (Planned):** Transition to on\-site in Islamabad, Pakistan * **Employment Type:** Full\-time * **Compensation:** Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and capability * **Equity:** Performance\-based stock options **Hiring Process** 1.
