**Key Responsibilities :**
**CI/CD Engineering \& Modernization**
* Architect, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud\-native application and infrastructure delivery.
* Lead the end\-to\-end migration of pipelines from **Octopus Deploy** to **GitLab CI/GitHub Actions**, including planning, execution, validation, and cutover.
**Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)**
* Build, maintain, and govern **Terraform** configurations for scalable and secure AWS environments.
* Develop modular Terraform modules and ensure adherence to coding standards, naming conventions, and tagging policies.
**AWS Security \& Identity Management**
* Design fine\-grained **IAM** policies, roles, permission boundaries, and SCPs across multi\-account AWS architectures.
* Implement and manage secure cross\-account access using IAM roles and trust policies.
**Containerization \& Kubernetes/EKS**
* Develop and optimize Docker images, including multi\-stage builds, hardening, and vulnerability scanning (ECR, Trivy).
* Deploy and manage **Amazon EKS** clusters—node groups, Fargate profiles, add\-ons, upgrades, and security configurations.
**Monitoring \& Observability**
* Build end\-to\-end observability solutions for metrics, logs, and traces using AWS\-native tools and/or Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
* Configure CloudWatch Metrics, Logs, Dashboards, Alarms, and Container Insights.
**Collaboration \& DevOps Enablement**
* Partner with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices—shift\-left testing, automation, quality gates, and continuous feedback loops.
* Contribute to architecture reviews, sprint ceremonies, and roadmap discussions.
**Required Qualifications :**
* **7\+ years** of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, including **3\+ years in AWS** environments.
* Strong expertise with **GitLab CI**, **GitHub Actions**, and/or **Octopus Deploy** (migration experience preferred).
* **Expert Terraform skillset**—module development, state management, workspaces, and CI/CD integration.
* Solid hands\-on experience across AWS services: EC2, VPC, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty.
* Deep Kubernetes/EKS knowledge—Helm, networking, autoscaling, RBAC, pod security.
* Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash) for automation and tooling.
* Experience implementing DevSecOps practices—secrets management, vulnerability scanning, compliance\-as\-code.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Computer Science, IT, or Engineering**.
