**AddanEx JOB POSTING:** **Title:** DevOps Engineer **Location:** Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite 5 days per week) **Type:** Contract **Start Date** : ASAP **Duration:** 6 Months \+ Extensions **Utilisation:** 40 Hours per week **Languages:** English \& Swedish **Your role:** As a DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in building, operating, and improving shared IT platform services that enable development teams across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps capabilities, while continuously enhancing automation and developer experience. This is a central position within the technology organization, offering the opportunity to contribute to a modern, future\-proof IT landscape. You will work closely with development teams, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to improve delivery speed, system stability, and overall platform performance. You will be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering robust CI/CD pipelines, containerized runtime environments, and self\-service tooling that empower teams to work efficiently and independently. **Your profile:** We are looking for an experienced DevOps or Platform Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for automation and system reliability. You are proactive, solution\-oriented, and enjoy working at the intersection of development and operations. To thrive in this role, you bring hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and modern runtime environments. You are comfortable supporting development teams with tooling, automation, and best practices, and you take ownership of improving platform stability and performance. You have a solid understanding of Linux systems and scripting, and you are confident working in agile environments. Experience in telecom is highly valued. We believe you approach challenges with a continuous improvement mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role * Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows * Experience with containerization technologies and platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) * Strong knowledge of Linux systems and system administration * Experience with scripting or automation languages such as Bash or Python * Experience supporting development teams with tooling and DevOps best practices * Familiarity with agile ways of working **We consider it a plus if you have experience in any of the following:** * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions * Experience in the telecom industry * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and platform reliability practices * Experience implementing security best practices in DevOps environments * Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar LLMs
