**Job Description** **Position:** Design Coordination Expert **Job Location:** Arunachal Pradesh, India **Role Objective** To coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design activities, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation of design deliverables in alignment with project requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate design submissions and reviews related to RCC dam and associated works. * Ensure effective interface management between design, construction, and client teams. * Track design deliverables, approvals, and revisions as per project schedule. * Identify design conflicts and support timely technical resolutions. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations. * Support technical meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting. **Qualification \& Experience** * Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design and design coordination of infrastructure projects. * Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred. * Strong understanding of design review processes and construction interfaces. * Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
