Job Description
**Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage recruitment with a strong focus on **technical hiring and bulk hiring**. * Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. * Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters professionally. * Conduct performance management reviews and assist in developing improvement plans where required. * Develop and deliver employee training and development programs. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. * Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. * Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.** * **3–5 years of HR experience**, preferably in recruitment and HR operations. * Proven experience in **technical hiring and bulk hiring**. * Strong knowledge of **HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations**. * Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills**. * Ability to **manage multiple hiring requirements and HR tasks efficiently**. * Proficiency in **MS Office and HR documentation/reporting**. **Salary Bracket:** PKR 70,000 – 90,000 **Job Type:** Full time \- Onsite **Timings:** 10 am \- 6pm ( Mon\-Sat) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Rs70,000\.00 \- Rs90,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
