Deputy Manager-Civil - Projects

**Responsibilities** Roles and Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry * Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP \& structure in power plant construction * Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met * Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members * Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction\-related issues * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards **Technical Skills** * Expertise in BTG, BOP \& structure in power plant construction * Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations * Project management skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software Non\-Negotiable Skills: * Experience in civil construction greenfield projects * Expertise in BTG, BOP \& structure in power plant construction * Strong leadership abilities **Qualifications** Education Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field **Experience** * 8\-10 years of experience in civil construction greenfield projects * Experience in the Power/Energy industry
