**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in New Delhi for a Deputy General Manager (Vendor Management). The role involves overseeing vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards, and optimizing vendor relationships for maximum efficiency. Core responsibilities include managing vendor contracts, negotiating terms, assessing vendor performance, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to meet operational goals.

**Qualifications Required**
1\. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Commerce, or Business Administration with
deep understanding of consumer goods value chain in the country.
2\. Professional Experience
a. 2–4 years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
roles with a strong field\-execution orientation.
b. Hands\-on experience in scrap procurement, appliance sourcing, metal buying,
or fragmented supply markets.
c. Demonstrated exposure to reverse logistics operations, including collection
networks, aggregation models, and last\-mile pickup coordination.
d. Proven track record in dealer network expansion and channel development,
particularly within decentralized or unorganized ecosystems.
e. Experience in commodity sourcing environments where pricing volatility,
grading mechanisms, and margin control are critical.
f. Strong commercial exposure to building and managing multi\-tier sourcing
channels including dealers, aggregators, retailers, and informal suppliers.
g. Proven ability to develop and scale decentralized sourcing ecosystems,
converting fragmented supplier bases into structured, recurring, and
performance\-driven networks.
Experience operating in high\-competition markets requiring strong negotiation
capability and on\-ground relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to balance volume growth with acquisition cost discipline
in dynamic, price\-sensitive supply environments
