**Responsibilities** Design effective and cost\-efficient structural solutions to meet organization needs Manage and schedule resources for structural design and drafting. Ensure most cost\-effective compliant design within the budgeted design cost. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, technical specifications, and Tender documents for various Civil \& Structural engineering projects of large / medium scale covering Heavy Industries such as Thermal Power plants / Process and Manufacturing plants etc. Mentor and train your Draftsman to carry out their day to today activities. Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables **Qualifications** Essential Qualification \- BE(Civil) Experience \- 10\-20 Years
