Deputy General Manager - Atharv Ability

**Job Description** * Responsible for overall functions, supervision, coordination \& administration of the Lupin’s rehab facility /center Atharv Ability at Hyderabad. * To deliver and facilitate delivery of specialist Neuro /spinal/mental rehabilitation services by providing assessment ,investigation \& treatment of patients needing rehabilitation services with an objective of enabling patients achieve their maximum potential for physical, cognitive, social and psychological function, \& thereby working towards improving their quality of living * To manage P\&L of the center/facility \& ensure its commercial viability * To manage the team of PTs, OTs, SLTs and other therapists /staff at the center to drive business at the center to meet objectives * To design, implement, facilitate implementation of the rehabilitation functions, policies procedures, protocols and align with the current protocols * To formulate strategy plan and vision for the center /facility that incorporates the strategic goals \& objectives with milestones. * To stay up to date with the domain knowledge \& skills, laws \& policies centering around rehabilitation \& ensure the facility /center complies with relevant legislations * To develop marketing plan to position Atharv as the rehab center of choice in the given geography and ensure progressive patient footfalls * To organize and direct efficient \& effective operations of the center /facility by managing and collaborating teams/staff * To perform management activities like interviewing, hiring, evaluating, terminating of the staff members * To impart continuous training and in\- service education to staff as per professional standards of practice **Work Experience** Relevant Experience **: 12\-20 years** **Education** Masters in Physiotherapy Graduation **Competencies** Collaboration Stakeholder Management Result Orientation Developing Talent Process Excellence Innovation \& Creativity Customer Centricity Strategic Agility
