Job Description
**Responsibilities**
* Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the coal handling plant.
* Leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to execute maintenance activities.
* Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
* Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance with safety regulations.
* Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize plant performance.
* Managing the budget for maintenance activities and ensuring cost\-effective solutions.
* Implementing best practices for maintenance and continuously seeking ways to enhance plant reliability.
* Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 15\-20 years of experience in coal handling plant maintenance or related field.
