Deputy General Manager

**Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the mechanical team in the execution of thermal projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to optimize project performance and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise. * Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical engineering principles and best practices. * Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status to senior management. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements to enhance project outcomes. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. * 12\-20 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry.
