You will work on cutting\-edge AI solutions, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to transformative projects that drive business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and statistical models * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions * Design experiments to interrogate and extract insights from large datasets * Host models and convert them into APIs for scalable deployment * Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue, and targeting * Promote Explainable and Responsible AI practices * Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof\-of\-concepts * Identify opportunities to reuse insights, datasets, and models across functions * Stay curious and enthusiastic about solving problems with algorithms * Embrace a fast\-paced, experimental mindset: *Move fast, break things, learn, make history* **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Minimum 6\.5\+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL * Deep understanding of statistical techniques: regression, distributions, hypothesis testing * Experience with machine learning algorithms: regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, neural networks * Ability to host models and make them API\-convertible * Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non\-technical stakeholders **Preferred Attributes:** * Passion for innovation and continuous learning * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment * Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
