If you thrive on turning disparate data sets into actionable business insights, this hybrid London role is your next career move. **The Role** * Drive new data insights to uncover business opportunities and untapped revenue streams using advanced statistical modeling. * Design and deploy end\-to\-end Machine Learning solutions, ranging from Predictive Analytics to ML Ops lifecycle management. * Utilise hands\-on Gen AI and LLM development to push the boundaries of what’s possible with the company’s data assets. * Deliver high\-quality Data Visualisation to communicate complex findings to non\-technical business stakeholders and growth teams. * Work across a variety of consulting projects, ensuring data design and AI strategies align with client commercial objectives. **What You'll Need** * Deep expertise in Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and building production\-ready ML models. * A minimum of several years of experience in a Data Science or ML Engineering role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment. * Strong technical foundation in Statistics, Data Design, and ML Ops frameworks to ensure model scalability and reliability. * Hands\-on experience or a strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Proven ability to participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial data discovery to final production deployment. **What's On Offer** * Compelling daily rate of £350 \- £400 (Inside IR35\). * Clear transition path: This role moves into a permanent position after the initial 6\-month contract phase. * Flexible hybrid working model with 2\-3 days in a central London hub and the remainder remote. * Exposure to diverse consulting projects and high\-level business strategy development. **Apply via Haystack today!**
