In this role, you will work on developing and fine\-tuning machine learning models to improve the AI capabilities of Fini. Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable insights through statistical analysis, and visualizing data trends. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to support product development, ensure compliance standards, and address customer support challenges through advanced data insights. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Data Science and developing machine learning models * Strong foundation in Statistics, including probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling * Experience with Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract strategic insights from large datasets * Skilled in Data Visualization tools and techniques to present findings effectively * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and model building * Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, and APIs * Proactive problem\-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a remote environment * Experience in AI\-related roles or customer support analytics is a plus * Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
