In this role, you will help drive **data preparation, insight generation, and evaluation for LLM\-based features** that enhance advisor productivity and improve sales outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and data infrastructure teams to analyze complex datasets, build analytics solutions, and generate actionable insights that support sales operations and decision\-making. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines **strong analytical and machine learning fundamentals with a deep understanding of sales or advisor workflows** . **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets used for **training, validation, and evaluation of LLM and GenAI features** * Collaborate with **product, sales, and business stakeholders** to understand advisor workflows, KPIs, and data requirements * Develop **dashboards and reporting tools** to track adoption, performance, and impact of sales enablement platforms * Support **LLM evaluation workflows** , including prompt evaluation, annotation, and quality assurance of AI\-generated outputs * Contribute to **knowledge bases, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks** supporting Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems * Generate **actionable insights** to improve sales processes and advisor productivity * Build and implement **analytics\-driven solutions** aligned with business goals * Analyze complex datasets and integrate **multiple internal data sources** * Translate analytical findings into **clear business recommendations** * Maintain documentation of data sources and contribute to **structured analytics processes** * Collaborate with SMEs to understand business processes and strengthen cross\-team knowledge sharing * Provide **guidance and feedback to junior analysts or data scientists when needed** **Core Technical Skills** **Required** * **Python** for data analysis and modeling * **Git / GitHub** for version control and collaboration * **Machine Learning Fundamentals** * Exploratory Data Analysis * Feature Engineering * Model Testing and Evaluation * **LLM \& GenAI workflows** * Context engineering * Prompt engineering * LLM guardrails * **Business intelligence tools** * Power BI * Tableau (or similar) * Experience working with **sales or operational datasets** * Ability to translate **business problems into analytical frameworks** * Strong communication skills with the ability to **explain technical insights to business stakeholders** **Preferred** * Experience supporting **sales operations or advisor workflows** * Experience in the **insurance or financial services industry** * Knowledge of **classical statistical methods** * Regression * Clustering * PCA * Decision Trees * Survival Analysis * Experience working with **large and diverse datasets** **Nice to Have** * **MLOps practices** * **Azure ecosystem** * **Databricks** * Experience building or supporting **RAG pipelines** * Familiarity with **data modeling and relational databases** **Soft Skills** * Strong **problem\-solving mindset** * Ability to work with **ambiguous business problems** * Excellent **stakeholder communication** * Ability to manage **multiple priorities and deadlines** * Collaborative and proactive approach to cross\-functional work Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
