As a **Data Scientist** , you will be part of our global Data Science team and build AI and machine learning solutions that impact millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn data into scalable ML products that drive real business value. You will own models end to end, from idea to production, with a strong focus on implementation and impact. **What You'll Do** * Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI systems that power marketplace and fintech use cases * Own AI and ML use cases end\-to\-end — from problem framing and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and iteration * Integrate ML and GenAI components into scalable product systems * Translate product and business goals into robust, data\-driven solutions * Monitor model performance in production and continuously improve reliability and impact * Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship measurable AI\-enabled features **What You'll Need** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience * 3–5\+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems in production * Strong hands\-on skills in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks * Experience deploying models via APIs and working with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure * Solid understanding of ML methods, evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps practices * Experience integrating ML or GenAI components into real\-world software systems * Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Curiosity, ownership mindset, and drive to continuously improve systems and products **What's In It For You** We understand that there is life at work and life outside of work. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
