Computer Science / Data Science **Experience:** * 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence related roles (freshers with strong AI/ML project exposure may also apply). **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement AI and Machine Learning models to support business decision\-making. * Work with hospital or organizational data to create predictive analytics and performance dashboards. * Build and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data processing. * Develop data visualization reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries. * Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical solutions. * Support automation initiatives using AI tools and algorithms. * Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards. **Technical Skills Required:** * Strong knowledge of Python / R programming for data analysis. * Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and AI concepts. * Knowledge of SQL, data mining, and data modeling. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and data interpretation. * Exposure to AI frameworks such as TensorFlow / Scikit\-learn will be an added advantage. **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams. * Attention to detail and data accuracy.
