Job Description
We’re looking for an operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** **Customer \& Seller Support:** * Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls) * Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers. * Identify issues with orders and resolve them. **Order Management:** * Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination * Manage returns, refunds and exchanges * Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline **Product Listings:** * Manage product listings data **Maintaining Platform Hygiene:** * Keep a track of listings on platform and do regular health check of the platform **Basic Qualifications:** * Excellent written and spoken English * Comfortable/quick learner of various tools/platforms such as Shopify, Canva, etc * Past experience of remote customer support/vendor management roles is a plus * Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks independently. **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with Shopify / E\-Commerce experience * Familiarity with the resale/thrift ecosystem or interest in sustainable fashion. **What We Offer:** * A flexible and collaborative working culture. * Monthly salary: 5,000 AED
