**Position Title:** Customer Support Executive **Location:** Gurgaon, Haryana **Company:** Redcliffe Labs **Office Address:** Unitech Cyber Park, Tower C, 7th Floor, Sector 39, Gurgaon **Job Summary** * Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative * Strong phone\-handling skills and active listening ability * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Customer\-oriented approach with adaptability to different personality types * Strong English communication skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support Executive role **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally. * Resolve product or service\-related concerns by clarifying issues, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods. * Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow\-up. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation. * Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. * Stay updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver accurate and timely support. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Excellent communication and soft skills * Experience with customer support software, databases, and CRM tools * Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Patience and calmness under pressure * Multilingual abilities are an advantage * Flexibility to work in rotational shifts Customer Handling,Issue Resolution,Communication Skills
