**Customer Success Coordinator**
Full\-Time \| Remote (US) \| Reports to CS Manager

USA Home Listings is a data and technology company that helps home service businesses find and win new customers through MLS data, homeowner intelligence, and lead generation tools. We’re a profitable, 13\-person team in the middle of a transformation — scaling from $7M to $12M\+ ARR in 2026 with a clear path to $100M\+. This is a ground\-floor hire, not a backfill.
**The Role**
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them get measurable results from our platform. That means onboarding, usage analysis, proactive recommendations, and guiding customers through plan migrations when a better fit exists.
This is not a sales role. Your job is to make customers successful — and when you do that well, retention and expansion follow naturally. Clear career path from Coordinator to CSM to CS leadership as we scale.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own a customer portfolio: onboard new accounts, run regular check\-ins, and track health metrics
* Analyze usage data to proactively surface cost savings, better configurations, or underutilized features
* Guide customers through contract migrations to plans that better fit their needs
* Serve as the voice of the customer internally — escalate technical issues, share product feedback, advocate for improvements
* Build and document CS playbooks and processes as we formalize the function
**What We’re Looking For**
**Must\-haves:**
* 2\+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (B2B)
* Consultative approach — you diagnose before you prescribe
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working with data to find patterns and make recommendations
* Self\-directed; you don’t need someone checking on you every day
**Nice\-to\-haves:**
* B2B SaaS experience
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
* Background in real estate, data services, or the moving/home services industry

**Base Salary**
$55,000–$65,000
**Performance Bonus**
Up to $10,000 annually based on quarterly and annual OKR achievement
**Retention Bonus**
Up to 2% of ARR from customer migrations, expansions, and retention efforts. Paid annually, discretionary. Realistic Y1: $5,000–$15,000\+
