Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and helpful **Customer Service Executive** for our mobile retail store. The person will be responsible for assisting customers, answering their queries, and ensuring a good shopping experience in the store. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers when they enter the store and assist them politely. * Understand customer requirements for mobile phones and accessories. * Show different mobile models and explain basic features. * Help customers compare products and guide them in selecting the right phone. * Handle customer queries related to price, features, offers, and warranty. * Support the sales team in closing sales. * Ensure customers leave the store satisfied with the service. * Maintain proper behavior and a positive attitude with customers. * Keep the display area neat and organized. **Requirements:** * Good communication skills. * Friendly and customer\-focused attitude. * Basic knowledge of smartphones and accessories. * Ability to handle customers patiently. * Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. * Freshers can also apply.
