**Customer Service / Sales \& Service Advisor – Golf Cart Sales \& Service** A growing and thriving retail company in Perrysburg is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service / Sales \& Service Advisor to join our team. This position plays an important role in our daily operations. You will work directly with customers at the front counter, assist with golf cart sales, help coordinate service repairs, and support inventory and office systems. The right candidate enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and working in a fast\-paced environment where every day is different. We are looking for someone with positive energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience with small engines, service writing, or powersports equipment is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow with the company. **What You’ll Do:** * Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service in person and over the phone * Help customers select the right golf cart for their needs and assist with product sales * Write service tickets and communicate repair needs clearly with technicians and customers * Assist customers with parts, accessories, and general counter sales * Process invoices and maintain accurate records * Manage and update inventory using computer systems * Answer and manage a multi\-line phone system * Help maintain an organized and efficient front office and sales area * Work closely with the sales and service team to keep operations running smoothly This is a fast\-paced position that requires strong problem\-solving skills, organization, and attention to detail.
