Job Description
Our client Devmind Solution is looking for a Customer Service Resolution Specialist in Karachi
Devmind Solution is seeking a diligent and proactive Customer Issue Resolution Executive who excels in problem\-solving and communication. The ideal candidate takes ownership of customer concerns and collaborates closely with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders, delays, damages, or product quality. This role requires effective coordination, attention to detail, and clear communication to maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. The salary range is PKR 30,000\-40,000\.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring clarity and empathy in all communications.
* Coordinate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues involving orders, delivery delays, product damage, and quality concerns.
* Follow up diligently with suppliers to secure timely and successful resolution of customer issues.
* Provide customers with regular, transparent updates regarding the status of their concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.
* Record and maintain precise documentation of customer complaints and resolution steps for accountability and future reference.
* Identify recurring problems or patterns in customer complaints and suggest actionable improvements to internal processes.
* Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously, maintaining organization and performance under pressure.
* Exercise ownership and responsibility in the resolution process to ensure issues are seen through to completion.
* Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity and professionalism in interactions.

* Must be responsible and able to take ownership of tasks
* 0\-6 months of experience
* Strong English communication and writing skills
* Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal team
* Good problem\-solving skills
* Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases at once
