Job Description
**What You'll Do**
* Manage incoming cases to our customer support via phone, chat, and email
* Office Manager responsibilities, ensuring a well\-organized workspace
* Proactively help customers by analyzing customer transactions
* Track customer health metrics
* Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the product development team
* Make our customers our super\-ambassadors
* Make a real impact by challenging the status quo
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, with one goal: to keep our customer base happy while expanding. Your personal drive, people skills and diligence is what will make a difference. You are laser\-focused, executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big \- you’ll do whatever it takes to find a solution.
**Qualifications**
* You must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Swedish
* Proficiency in Norwegian and/or Finnish is a plus
* Background in customer service or administrative work, ideally with phone and email communication
