Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day\-to\-day service support operations and ensure timely assistance to the valuation team and clients
* Coordinate with valuers, research, admin, and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
* Supervise support staff with site inspections, handling data collection, verification and documentation.
* Communicate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.
* Ensure all processes and documentation follow company policies.
* Maintain organized digital records, databases, and valuation project files.
* Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and data management.
* Assist management with performance reports, trackers, and operational summaries.
* Support onboarding and training of new service support team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Experience in operations, support services, or administrative roles.
* Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
* Good knowledge of UAE locations is preferred.
* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and digital workflow tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
