**About the Company** We have partnered with an Industry Leader in Phoenix, Arizona, who specializes in providing Seal Engineering Components for Industrial Markets. Due to continued growth they are seeking an additional CSR for their operations. **About the Role** The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people and proactively solving issues. **Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat * Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability * Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs * Data entry in various platforms **Required Skills** * Partners with Regional Sales Manager to provide sales quotes * Processes incoming inquiries into company sales system * Quotes customers using working knowledge of product * Successfully achieves budgeted Service Center sales goals * Assists A/R personnel in creating and establishing new accounts and follows up on collections * Coordinates with Account Managers and Service Center management to keep account activities updated
