**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and customer\-centric
**Junior Customer Service Representative**
to support clients on our online trading platform. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, assisting with account\-related inquiries, platform navigation, and issue resolution—while ensuring a seamless and compliant user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems
* Support clients with account opening, KYC processes, login issues, and profile updates
* Assist with trading\-related queries, including order placement, order status, margins, and product basics
* Guide users in navigating our web and mobile trading platforms
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow\-ups
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
* Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
* Fluent in
**English and Urdu**
(both written and spoken)
* Experience in customer service, ideally within fintech, brokerage, or trading platforms
* Basic knowledge of financial markets (e.g., equities, derivatives, mutual funds)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills
* Ability to work in shifts, including market hours
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ticketing systems
