Job Description
Luxury goods retailer located in the Yorkville area of Toronto seeks a well presented candidate with excellent communication skills to cater to a luxury brand following.
Duties: Full administration duties and follow\-up related to customer service.
• Develop and retain relationships with our customers and to provide unique and memorable customer experiences.
• Greet, serve and follow\-up with clients
• Create and update client files to accurately input the correct information required for each client
• Work on special projects as required (i.e. set up for sales, merchandising, and stockroom related work when necessary).
• Maintain high standards of general customer service.
