As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide real\-time support through calls, live chat, and email. You will ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards, striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer retention efforts and order management tasks. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support methodologies * Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experiences and maintain high customer retention rates * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with handling technical support queries * Problem\-solving aptitude and a customer\-centric approach to addressing challenges * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment * Prior experience in a contact center or customer\-facing role is a plus * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred * Flexibility to work in shifts as required for a 24/7 operation
