**Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)**
**Pay: Rs70,000\.00 \- Rs100,000\.00 per month**
Job Overview
We are hiring confident and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in cold calling, who can effectively handle international clients, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (UK / US markets)
* Engage with customers professionally and build strong rapport
* Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
* Resolve concerns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain records of customer interactions and follow\-ups
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
* Meet quality standards and performance targets
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling (mandatory)
* Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
* Strong communication, persuasion, and problem\-solving skills
* Confidence in speaking with international clients
* Customer\-focused attitude with the ability to handle pressure
* Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
