Our head office in Maple Ridge, BC, is looking for a detail\-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our sales and customer service operations in a fast\-paced, customer\-centric environment. **Role Overview** The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales and customer service teams by managing order processing, coordinating with dealer partners, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple systems. This role combines administrative precision with customer support and cross\-department collaboration to help deliver a seamless customer experience. **What You’ll Be Doing** Your work will be focused across three key areas: **40% – Order Processing \& Administrative Coordination** * Process and input customer orders, including EDI orders, into company systems with a high level of accuracy * Manage and maintain sales order records and ensure all documentation is properly tracked * Identify and correct data entry errors using quality control procedures * Follow up on open orders to ensure accurate processing and timely completion * Assist with onboarding portals and systems used by dealer trading partners * Safeguard sensitive information across internal software platforms and databases **40% – Customer Service \& Customer Experience** * Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels * Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information * Create a seamless and positive customer experience across all service touchpoints * Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service issues before they escalate * Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while responding to customer concerns * Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service delivery * Maintain clear, timely communication with customers regarding order status or issues **20% – Sales \& Cross\-Team Collaboration** * Work closely with shipping and accounting teams to support timely sales order processing and a positive customer experience * Collaborate with the manufacturing team to relay customer care or quality concerns * Help coordinate information between sales, operations, and customer service teams * Contribute to achieving sales and service performance targets through strong administrative support **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered * Experience in administrative support, order processing, or customer service roles * Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Excellent time management and problem\-solving abilities * Customer\-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm and effective in stressful situations * A positive, collaborative attitude with honesty, kindness, and a sense of humour **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Pay:** Starting at **$25\.00/hour** , reviewed after 3 months * **Schedule:** Full\-time position * **Benefits:** Extended health benefits and employee assistance program * **Stability:** Join a growing Canadian manufacturing company with **18\+ years of operation** * **Environment:** Supportive team culture and collaborative workplace
