This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within a dynamic environment. **Duties** * Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. * Manage customer accounts with accurate data entry and record keeping. * Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently. * Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organisational policies, products, and services to provide accurate information. * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement. **Skills** * Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual ability is highly desirable). * Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanour when interacting with customers. * Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail. * Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience or familiarity with upselling techniques to promote relevant products or services. * Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
