**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site Customer Service Representative role located in Islamabad. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer records, collaborating with team members to address customer needs, and providing feedback to improve service quality.
**Qualifications**
* Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries
* Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem\-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
* Proficiency in using customer service software and related tools
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments
* Previous experience in BPO industry is a must
