Kelly Services has partnered with a client in Mississauga/ Oakville Ontario to recruit for a Temp to Perm opportunity for Customer Servcies Representative Role: Customer Services \& Returns Representative Location: Rotating schedule between Mississauga and Oakville Temp 6\-12 months and then perm based on performance 8\.5 hours/day Pay rate: $25/hour \+ 4% vacation pay Available to start ASAP Must have vehicle to commute Responsibilities: RETURNS: * The Returns Clerk is responsible for processing customer returns and coordinating shipments to the company’s main returns facility in Germany. * This role also supports the customer service desk, prepares accurate price quotes, and delivers exceptional customer support. * Serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams, the Returns Clerk ensures timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining a high standard of service. **Customer Services:** * Process returned items \- Inspect verify, and log returned merchandise into the system accurately. * Inspect product condition. Determine whether items are resalable, defective, or require disposal or repair. * Maintain records. Keep detailed and accurate documentation of returns, reasons, and outcomes. * Prepare international shipment, including handling customs documentation and arranging carrier pickups * Follow company policies. Ensure all returns comply with return windows, receipts, and condition requirements. * Prepare and issue customer quotes based on pricing guidelines, product availability, and lead times * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines * Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and on\-time delivery * Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing records in CRM/ERP systems **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Previous experience in return processing, customer service, order processing. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with SAP ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment * Strong problem\-solving skills and customer\-focused mindset If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further and **apply today!** ***Why Kelly®?*** *As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
