📢 WE ARE HIRING! 📢 Join Our Customer Service Team at Ibex. Pakistan **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in the Karachi Division. The role requires handling inbound customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner. You will also document interactions, escalate complex issues as necessary, and support the team to meet performance goals and service level agreements. Location: ibex Tower, Shahrah\-e\-Faisal, KARACHI Shift Changing 9\-hour shifts (between 4:00 PM – 11:00 AM) Salary Package: PKR 90,000 – 115,000 **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction * Excellent communication skills. * Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus * intermediate , Graduated or O/Alevels.
